Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 5-days Return & Exchange Policy

• Timing: we have a 5-day Return & Exchange Policy, from the day the item was received by you the customer.
• All items can be EXCHANGED for store credit only.  All sale items are FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
• To be eligible for a returns, goods must be unused, present no stains/ deodorant residue and  undamaged.  Failure to provide your information will delay processing.
• Customers are strongly recommended to get insurance when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a store gift card.
• Gift card does not expire.
